1. Introduction

1.1 The following terms and conditions (“Program Rules”) are applicable to the Go Loyalty Program (“Go Loyalty”) and are fundamental rules and information.

1.2 The Program Rules govern the relationship of Go Loyalty and Members of Go Loyalty (Member/s), including how Members manage their accounts, earn and redeem Go Loyalty Points (“Go Points”) with participating partners and their programs (“Program Partners”).

1.3 The Program Rules are effective as of accepting them during the member registration process. Go Loyalty reserve the right to amend, change, modify, limit, and/or cancel all or any part of the Program Rules from time to time. Go Loyalty may notify Members of any material changes to these Program Rules; however, it will remain the Member's responsibility to refer to Program Rules in the Go Loyalty website and/or application for any future amendments to the Program Rules.  Continued member participation constitute acceptance of changes to the Program Rules.  


2. General

2.1 By registering in Go Loyalty, member is assigned (“Go Membership ID”) to earn and redeem points or/and use of Go Loyalty benefits, you unconditionally agree to the Program Rules, which:

2.1.1 provide consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Go Loyalty, Go Loyalty and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with Go Loyalty Privacy Policy;

2.1.2 may limit the risk or liability of Go Loyalty (as the case may be) or a third party;

2.1.3 may create risk or liability for Members or a third party;

2.1.4 may compel you to indemnify Go Loyalty (as the case may be) or a third party; and/or

2.1.5 serves as an acknowledgement, by Members or a third party of a fact.

2.1.6 All Go Loyalty benefits, rewards, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by Go Loyalty at any time.   

2.1.7 Go Loyalty may terminate Go Loyalty, in whole or in part, with six (6) months' advance notice to all Members. Termination notice shall be by any means of communication, including mail, statement, facsimile, e-communication or through any other medium that Go Loyalty deems fit. Upon completion of the Go Loyalty termination notice period, all unredeemed Go Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability and no redemption award claims will be honored after the conclusion of the notice period.

2.2 At Go Loyalty’s sole discretion, Go Loyalty may choose to substitute or replace Go Loyalty at any time, immediately upon notice to Members. 

2.3 Go Loyalty may at any time amend, modify, or supplement these Program Rules, the structure for earning awards, rewards, benefits, and Go Points.  Go Loyalty may make changes to Program Partners and outlets, methods of earning awards, redeeming awards, value of Go Points, and Program Rule.


3. Member Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Only one (1) Membership registration per individual shall be accepted by Go Loyalty.

3.2 Membership will be established in the individual’s personal capacity and name as it appears on the member’s valid passport and/or official national identification document.

3.3 It is at Go Loyalty’s sole discretion to accept or reject any registration for membership.

3.4 Member must be an individual and at least two (2) years of age.

3.5 Member Age will be calculated based on the Georgian calendar.

3.6 A Member may be from any country.

3.7 To register as a Member of Go Loyalty, visit

3.8 For registration: a valid mobile number and e-mail address are mandatory.   

3.9 To access benefits, awards, and promotions, member will be required to verify his/her Account.


4. Go Membership ID

4.1 Members will be assigned a Go Membership ID that is unique to each Account.

4.2 Member is responsible for downloading and maintaining Go Membership ID digital card. 

4.3 Member Go Membership ID should not be shared with others. 

4.4 Member is responsible for presenting his/her Go Membership ID for verification purposes whenever applicable to use benefits, promotions, earn Go Points, or redeem Go Points. 


5. Go Membership Password and Security

5.1 Member is responsible to maintain his/her password and should not disclose this to anyone else.

If member knows or suspects that his/her password or account has been stolen or compromised, member should notify Go Loyalty Contact Center immediately.


6. Cancellation of Accounts by Members

6.1 The cancellation of an Account by a Member is a Member's sole right.

6.2 Members may cancel Go Loyalty Membership at any time without penalty.


7. Disqualification, suspension, and termination of Accounts by Go Loyalty

7.1 Go Loyalty reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend and/or disqualify any Member from participating or further participating in Go Loyalty at any time or to terminate Membership as set forth below:

7.2 Members shall adhere to and strictly comply with the Program Rules.

7.3 Member, shall at all times, be courteous and respectful in dealing with any staff, agents or employees of Go Loyalty and Program Partners.

7.4 Should the Member in any manner whatsoever:

7.4.1 breach, abuse or misuse any benefit;

7.4.2 supply false or misleading information to Go Loyalty and/or any Program Partners;

7.4.3 breach any of the Program Rules, Go Loyalty shall have the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies as may be available to it (whether at law, delict or otherwise), to:


8. Program Partners

8.1 The use of terms " Program Partners” in Go Loyalty collateral, including but not limited to these Program Rules, program communications, marketing collateral, and in any other materials, is not intended to indicate that Go Loyalty is in a legal partnership with any third party so described. Rather, the term is used in a marketing sense to show participation by Go Loyalty Program Partners in Go Loyalty.

8.2 Go Loyalty reserves the right to decide if and how it will enforce any of its rights in terms of the contractual arrangements with Program Partners.

8.3 Contractual agreements with Program Partners can also be changed at any time by agreement between Go Loyalty and the respective program Partners.

8.4 Members therefore shall have no right of recourse against Go Loyalty Program Partners and Go Loyalty shall not be liable to a Member or any third party if a Program Partner in any manner breaches its contractual obligations to Go Loyalty, or refuses to grant Members any Go Points, membership benefits, rewards or awards. 8.5 Go Loyalty will only credit Members with Go Points, membership benefits, rewards or Awards, if the program Partner acknowledges that such is due to the Member. 

8.6 Go Loyalty may, at its sole discretion, add to or reduce the number of Program Partners or amend any terms and conditions and/or services applicable to any Program Partner with or without notice to Members.   

Go Loyalty is not responsible for the product or services, warranty, or the sale of the goods provided by the Program Partner, including without limitation to the relationship between Member and Program Partners.


9. Prohibited Uses

9.1 Use of member’s Membership, Go Membership ID, or any other Loyalty Program collateral, for any purpose other than your own personal and non-commercial use as outlined in the Program Rules is prohibited.

9.2 Member may not use any data or information made available via Go Loyalty platform or in connection with any business or commercial use.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 Go Loyalty Member use of the services and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) (Proceedings) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11.2 Go Loyalty Member agrees by completing registration that any disputes arising out of or in connection with Go Loyalty that shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


12. Disclaimer of Warranty

Go Loyalty is provided on an “As is” and “As available” basis and, to the extent lawful, with no warranties whatsoever. Go Loyalty, our affiliates, and any officers, chairmen, directors, managers, members, personnel, agents, and employees, expressly disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, quality, availability, suitability, freedom from computer virus, title, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.


13. Limitation of Liability    

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Go Loyalty will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to these Program Rules or the use or the inability to use Go Loyalty, any Loyalty Program benefits, or any goods or services provided by or on behalf of program Partners, including, but not limited to, damages caused by or related to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, failure to connect, network charges, and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages even if Go Loyalty have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Go Loyalty in not liable to you for any losses, damages, causes of action, including but not limited to those based these terms and conditions, or otherwise, arising out of member’s use of Go Loyalty, or out of the unavailability, delay, quality or failure of Go Loyalty, Go Loyalty Benefits or of any goods or services provided by or on behalf of program Partners.


Go Loyalty will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of its obligations when caused by events that are beyond Go Loyalty’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: any events that occurs directly or indirectly as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, a strike, civil unrest, natural disaster, or regulatory change.  


14. Indemnity     

To the fullest extent permitted by law, member’s indemnify, defend and hold harmless Go Loyalty, our affiliates, and any officers, chairmen, directors, managers, members, personnel, agents, and employees, from and against any and all loss, damage, costs, expenses, liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with member’s use of Go Loyalty, member’s purchase or use of any goods or services provided by or on behalf of program Partners member own non-compliance with these Program Rules, or any claim by a third party that your participation in Go Loyalty and/or purchase or  use of any goods or services provided by or on behalf of program Partners infringes any copyright, trademarks, intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
